Parallel MIP on multi-core computers
If you would like to halve MIP solution times or better, you may well
have the answer already sitting on your desk. Multi-core computers are
now commonplace but legacy software probably uses only one of the
available cores, wasting valuable computing resources. Xpress
Parallel-MIP can spread the optimization workload across multiple CPU
cores leading to dramatic reductions in solve time for many models.
Solution time reductions tend to be problem-type dependent, so do
