[Lemon-devel] Authorship removal

Hi all,

I suggest removing all the \author doxygen tags from the lemon core when
we put them into the new repo.

The reason is that we use this feature occasionally, and the info is
obsolete and fails to reflect the real authorship even in these cases.

Instead, I suggest keeping the AUTHORS file up to date, where we might
even put some words on the author's actual contributions.

Is there any objection?
