Theoretically it should work.

The checking did not get stuck when the server certificate expired, but
an old revision was checked after each commit (not the commited one). So
a new commit is necessary to trigger the checking, because the queue is
empty now. The checking of the next commit (r3401) should fail, because
tools/lgf-gen.cc compiles with warnings (unless r3401 fixes this).
