[Lemon-devel] DOXYGEN 1.5.5 release

Hi,

Doxygen 1.5.5 has just been released. Beyond a lot of bugfixes, this
release provides interesting new features, most notably these long
awaited ones:

      * Added support for the \tparam command, which works similar to
        \param but is meant for documenting template parameters.
      * Added \headerfile command which can be used to specify the
        second and third argument of a \class command, when the
        documentation is already in front of a class definition.

I've already installed doxygen 1.5.5 on our servers (lemon, lime,
limetta), so we can use these features.
We should probably run through the code in the hg repo and change the
template parameter documentation to \tparam.

Any volunteer?
