[Lemon-devel] New bugtracker

Thanks to the hard work Akos, the Trac based new bugtracker is working
now. You can find it here:

http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/trac

I highly recommend you to register and fill your personal and contact
data.

Note that reports are called 'tickets' in this system.

We should use this in the future instead of the old and buggy Plone
based one.

I went through the old reports and copied all relevant ones into the new
system. Please have a look at it and check if nothing important got
lost. (I copied only those having effects to the core library, so I did
not ported e.g. the glemon related issues.)
