I started to port the DIMACS file reader utilities (lemon/dimacs.h), but
I found the interface very bad. I think this kind of parameter
overloading (when the same parameter is jumping to different positions
in different declarations), is simply unacceptable. What we can do is to
     1. use named parameters (very cumbersome!!!)
     2. find a better parameter order (I don't know one, so please
        help!!!!!!)
     3. use different names for the loader of the different DIMACS file
        types.

So, what do you suggest?
