Hi,

I redesigned the web site according to our discussions with Alpar. This 
is actually a preliminary version for the new design, a lot of details 
can be modified (e.g. colors, font sizes, logo images, background etc.).

Major changes:
  - disable top navigation bar
  - add a new side menu
  - redesign news flash window
  - redesign logo
  - links are not underlined by default (only on hover)
