Hi,

Yes, I think it is.

There are some important open tasks, where the majority of the work has 
already been done: #44, #67, #45, #65, so we could close them soon.

There is a critical question: #146, some porting requests: #51, #60, 
#73, #177, and two tickets about concept questions: #189, #190. These 
tasks need the most work, but I think they could be done until April.

Apart from that most of the tickets in the milestone are light-weighted.
