Hi,

I've just reviewed the contribution template repository. It seems to be 
great. The help comments are really useful and make the usage easy.
I've tested it on both linux (with gcc) and Windows (with VS 2008).

The attached patch contains small improvements on the help comments. 
Apart from that I find a strange sentence at line 8 in CMakeLists.txt, 
but I'm not sure if it is wrong or not.
