Good point. There is no pdf version, but the tutorial is created by
Doxygen, which is capable to create pdf output, as well. So it shouldn't
be very difficult to do. If you are interested in playing with it, the
source repository of the tutorial can be found here:

http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/hg/lemon-tutorial/

You can easily switch on the pdf output in Doxyfile.in, but for a
nice-looking output you probably want to tweak scripts/titlegen.py, too.
