Thank you very much Alpar, it's a very good start for an automatically
generated documentation (but with an amazing randomized table of
contents ;-)
It is just what I look for.
But for the long time however, it would be a must to have some:
make pdf
feature (as the existing `make html` one)
But this would probably need some manual work for the top page of the
book organization (i.e. require some order in the chapters, or
adding some C++ options to the verbatim (listing?) c++ code, ...).
