[Lemon-devel] Automake -> CMAKE

Dear All,

I plan to slowly phase out the automake build environment in favor of
CMAKE in the upcoming releases.

Automake will certainly be supported for some time, but the package
builds should use CMAKE, and its use will be recommended on all platform
starting with release 1.3.

As a first step, I have switched to using CMAKE when testing - and I
highly recommend to do the same for all of you.

My experiences are good, so far. The only problem I encountered is that
I can't switch off the compilations of the test codes, see
http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/trac/lemon/ticket/388 .
