[Lemon-devel] compile with CBC

Hi,

It is a bug in a CBC makefile, because the CbcCompareBase.hpp is not installed. 
It is missing from the includecoin_HEADERS list in the https://projects.coin-
or.org/svn/Cbc/trunk/Cbc/src/Makefile.am file.

Could you insert it to your makefile and test if it enough? It would be also 
worthwhile to report it in the CBC bug tracker.
