[Lemon-devel] CMAKE and Doxygen backports

Hi,

I've backported all the recent improvements in CMAKE and Doxygen related
file into branches 1.1 and 1.2. 

Therefore CMAKE should be seamless-to-use on those branches, too.
The Doxygen backports turn on the search functionality plus update the
config file in order to fit the latest Doxygen release.

P.S. Support for series 1.0 will be dropped with the next release.
