It will hopefully be released in early March.

The related patches will also be incorporated into the upcoming bugfix
releases 1.1.6 and 1.2.4. They are going to be released along with 1.3.

NO! You can always download the latest development version and use it.
If fact, I encourage anyone to do that for any feedback related to the
development version is a great help for us. Especially related to clang
support, which is not our primary development platform.

The Mercurial repository of the development version can be found here:
http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/hg/lemon-main/
You can either download it directly from the website or using mercurial
(hg). The later choice makes it much easier to keep your version up to
date.
