[Lemon-devel] bug in lemon dimacs reader

I've no idea how to submit a new issue to the Lemon issue tracker (why
should something trivial like this be so complicated to find...)?
Nevertheless here's a bug+fix. I hope this mail somehow finds its way to
the right person.

Lemon v. 1.3.1
File: dimacs.h
method: readDimacsCap

if(desc.type!=DimacsDescriptor::MAX || desc.type!=DimacsDescriptor::SP)
should be:
if(desc.type!=DimacsDescriptor::MAX && desc.type!=DimacsDescriptor::SP)
