I can help you to install it, but do not expect too from it right now.
You can create a ListDigraph, add/remove nodes and arcs and iterate
through them. You can also create maps of some specific types (bool,
int, double etc.), but nothing else. 

The whole code is quite dirty and you should consider it as a concept
proposal rather than something really usable.

Currently, all of our effort is on the completely reworked new version
of LEMON (version 1.0). We are quite close to finishing it and soon
after we (at least me) will spend some time on making up pylemon.

Of course any help is highly appreciated and very welcome.
