[Lemon-user] LEMON + VS2005

Hello!

I have 2 questions/notices:
1. LEMON_ONLY_TEMPLATES. This must be define to be able to use lemon under
VS2005.(This is what I have tried.) This can be fixes some way or it is the
way as it shall work?
2. If I try to compile the dijkstra demo program LEMON_ONLY_TEMPLATES must
be defined and after it there are still one annoying thing. I get many
warnings about type conversation. Most of them are about the type mismatch
between size_t and int.
I would like to know if there are a part of the documentation which say some
word about how to use lemon under VS6/VS2003/VS2005/VS2008.
I think it would be nice if there were some install package for these IDEs.

If there are a way to make me usefull to achive these goals please let me
know.
