[Lemon-user] Using ArcSet classes and checking out the development code

Trying to use the SmartArcSet class I now notice that neither 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 releases do not seem to include the ArcSet classes (SmartArcSet and LinkArcSet).
Is there a stable release including these classes?

Also there are not much of instructions to download the development versions.
Using one of the urls online when I try:
svn checkout http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/hg/lemon-1.1
I get the error 'svn: PROPFIND of '/hg/lemon-1.1':200 Script output follows (http://lemon.cs.elte.hu)'
