[Lemon-user] performance of network simplex on instance i_n13

I've been comparing the performance of LEMON network simplex vs other
solvers (network or dual simplex) from the following:
   http://plato.asu.edu/ftp/network.html

Lemon does well on most cases. But, one in particular, i_n13 the performance
is worse than all the others -- taking >500s on my computer.

Any ideas how to speed this one up?

I've put the dimacs form of the problem here:

Note: I used -double switch.
