Hi Hoyt,
We were pleased to read your mail. The random instances we used are not
available online. However, I attached a .zip file containing the scripts
that we used to generate these networks with standard generators NETGEN,
GRIDGEN and GOTO.
Source codes of these generators can be found here:

We are greatly interested in your experiments with LEMON. Could you
please share your benchmark results once you have finished your work?
