Each arc has a unique id, therefore they cannot be equal.
In case of ListGraph, when you split az arc (u->v) to the pair of arcs
(u->n), (n->v). The id of (u->n) will be the same as the id of (u->v)
was before the splitting. Arc (n->v) is a newly created one.
This also means that arc (u->n) inherits all the ArcMap values from
(u->v), while the ArcMap values of (n->v) will be default constructed.
