[Lemon-user] Compiling the library in Windows

Hello,

I'm compiling the LIB with Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 version 9.0.30729.1 - following the instructions I found some difference with the description:

- at the "Build and Install" step the expected task list is:

    ALL_BUILD
    RUN_TESTS
    HTML
    INSTALL 

differently, my list was:

ALL_BUILD
INSTALL
lemon
ZERO_CHECK

- at the end I could manage to run the "hello world" code. However some executable were not generated, for instance the DIMACS-to-LGF converter

- I tried to compile separately: dimacs.solver.cc, dimacs-to-lgf.cc, lgf-gen.cc but (after some work) I get this problem: "libcpmt.lib(cout.obj): error LNK2001: external symbol _invalid_parameter_noinfo not resolved"

I already included lemon.lib.
