There is no need to read a book to be able to use the library (jkust a
couple of html pages in the tuts)... and indeed, much faster than BGL. A
good basic (superioir) design (actually easy to understand once you dive
into the code) for a graph library (and modern compilers seem to do the
rest and turn it into something that works very well...). Personally I
would love to see LEMON as part of Boost as it beats BGL in any way
possible...
