+BME (Budapest University of Technology and Economics) and ELTE (Eotvos
+Lorand University) and supported by ETIK (Inter-University Centre for
+Telecommunications and Informatics).

+Egervary Research Group on Combinatorial Optimization (EGRES,
+http://www.cs.elte.hu/egres/).
+
