And add loopFree(), parallelFree(), simpleGraph() to the module doc.

Bug fixes in connectivity.h (#285)
- Bug fix in tree().
- Rename simpleDigraph() to simpleGraph() (it works for both
directed and undirected graphs).
- Possibly faster implementation for parallelFree() and
simpleGraph().
