Modify the interface of MinCostArborescence? + improvements (#267)

  • Rename arborescenceValue() to arborescenceCost().
  • Rename DefXyz? template named paramaters to SetXyz?.
  • Rearrange public functions (for better doc).
  • Doc improvements.
  • Extend the test file with interface checking.
