Hi

My votes:

Graph structures
A4. Digraph, Graph
A2. Graph, Ugraph (not supported by Alpar and -- supported by -- Balazs)

Biparitate graph structures
B3. Bigraph (not supported by Alpar)

Node query for directed and undirected edges
C5. source(), target()   anode(), bnode()
C3. source(), target() either(), other() (not supported by Alpar)

Bigraph items and node query
D2. Anode, Bnode, anode(), bnode()
D8. Red, Blue, red(), blue()
D7. Lower, Upper, lower(), upper()
D6. Left, Right, left(), right()

Best, Balazs
