Hi All,

  my votes are:

Graph structures
A2. Graph, Ugraph
or
A4. Digraph, Graph
(I relay can't decide)

Biparitate graph structures:
B1. BpGraph

Node query for directed and undirected edges:
C3. source(), target()   either(), other()

Bigraph items and node query:
D8. Red, Blue, red(), blue()

Directed and undirected edges:
Arc, Edge
It sounds ok to me.
