[Lemon-devel] LEMON Tutorial

Hi,

We discussed the tutorial to some extent with Akos, Balazs and Peter,
and decided to place it in a separate repository. So I've just created
an empty one for it:

First of all, we should prepare a build a simple environment for. What
do you suggest to use? Should we use autotool? Or CMake? Or just a
simple makefile?
