[Lemon-devel] LEMON Tutorial

Hi,

I've just added a basic build environment for the tutorial.
( http://lemon.cs.elte.hu/hg/lemon-tutorial )

Usage:

make update-external-tags
    - Downloads lemon.tag and libstdc++.tag
make
    - Compiles the doxygen documentation	

Thus we can start moving the tutorial here.
Some comments
      * In order to make the cross-references working you must put the
        documentations inside the lemon namespace.
      * .eps images should be put into images/ and the makefile must
        also be adjusted.
