Use doxygen's own bibtex support insead of our home brewed one

Description

Doxygen has bibtex support since release 1.7.5.

It breaks my heart, but we might want to consider replacing our custom tool to Doxygen's built in one.

The attached [1c978b5bcc65] chgset does it, it seems working. From the developers' point of view, the only difference is the \cite is to be used instead of \ref for citations. This is a good thing, in fact.

Please, check if it the generated doc is OK in all respects.
