Despite the decrease in the consumption of music, iTunes is still the place where most albums sold in the United States and accounts for 40.6% of sales.
PREFERENCE BY GROWING STREAMING
While the music industry is not recorded favorable sales in 2013, the number of consumers increased progressively streaming services on the platform.
For this reason, the decline in revenue on sales of iTunes music is not affected because the proceeds from subscriptions to video transmission services offset the losses.
