The title says everything. Please find Ambros Gleixner's beta version implementation attached. His comments comes below.

attached is a beta version of the SCIP interface. There is one segfault bug which I somehow cannot figure out. I will have to solve this with my colleagues in Berlin.
Do you have some more extensive test files for the MIP interfaces besides test/mip_test.cc? If so, I would be happy to run them.
