From Egres Open
Books are collections of wiki pages, with additional chapter structure. To create a book, click on the Create a book link on the left sidebar. It is possible to add pages to the book using the menu on the top of the page.
The Show book option displays the current status of the book. Here you can add a title, chapters, and sort the pages. To save and view the collection, there a re several possibilities:
- Download as PDF: creates a pdf file of the book. Note that unfortunately the rendering of LaTeX formulas is currently not very pleasing.
- Save (only Egresusers): saves the book in the user's namespace.
- Preview with PediaPress: this creates a preview of a high-quality electronic book, that can be purchased on the PediaPress site.
